We visited Breakfast Republic yesterday and, as always, had a fantastic experience! We've dined here multiple times, and it never disappoints. The menu is extensive, the food consistently delicious, and they offer excellent vegan options alongside great coffee. While it can get crowded (for good reason), we usually sit at the bar, which adds to the cozy charm. I ordered the Vegan Veggie Pesto Frittata, and my boyfriend had the Cluck Madame Benny--both were absolutely delicious. Portions are generous, so come hungry!

Today was our second visit and the experience has been consistently awesome. We initially came because we were looking for a new breakfast hangout that is gluten-free friendly. On our first visit, we sat at the bar and our server Victoria made us feel welcome and took the time to make conversation. Alexis gave attentive service and was conscious of my allergy. Love the vibe and the location. Easy parking, reasonably priced.

Every time I'm in the LBC, this is a must go! Great location on 2nd street. Food is always on point, and drinks are After enjoying a great meal, there's plenty of places to walk around and enjoy the sights.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant for brunch on a Sunday morning. We ordered quite a bit, and every dish was delicious! The strawberry marscapone fresh toast was warm and comforting. The chilaquiles came with a hearty portion of eggs, beans, and rice. The eggs benedict had an addictive hollandaise sauce with delicious breakfast potatoes on the side. My favorite part would probably be my drink, out of everything. I got the Breakfast Republic specialty latte, and it tasted almost like a horchata, very cinammony and sweet. A very satisfying way to start the day! Just be aware, there is only one restroom and there is often a line to use it.

Loved going to Breakfast Republic for brunch. The food was yummy and came out quickly. Our servers Kaylee and Burke treated us with kindness and were very attentive to our table. Highly recommend them both!

Lucky enough to show up here on a weekday morning, and it not be packed full of people, which it usually is on the weekends. The menu itself is not a very traditional one, but you’ll find a lot of new items on the menu that you’ll probably love. First off the breakfast potatoes are some of the best I’ve ever had. Cooked perfectly with a slight crunchiness on the outside, seasoned well, and still soft on the inside. The omelette is large and packed full of ingredients. I was able to add almost a full side of pancakes as the bread substitute for a measly 1.50. They have several great options for pancakes, and I chose the coconut lemon, which had just a slight taste of lemon in the pancake, but fresh, shredded coconut on top, they were incredible. The Jurassic skillet is chock full of meats and tasty. The staff were friendly and attentive, always checking on us to make sure that we had everything we needed. The indoor atmosphere is light and airy, well lit, and there are some outdoor seats for the great weather. Will definitely return to try some of the other menu items that had my curiosity peaked, and for more of those breakfast potatoes.

Came here for the Vegan menu, got the breakfast burrito and I’ve been vegan for 7 years and this breakfast burrito was great! I would have thought the whole store would have catered to vegans since it was so good. Usually vegan options are pathetic, and this one was amazing! Definitely try it!
